Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Method
All orders within Sweden are shipped using PostNord. We offer economy and standard shipping options depending on the customer’s choice at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. The final shipping price is always shown before completing the purchase.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered on orders over 599 SEK.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is two to four business days after dispatch. Delivery is made to the nearest PostNord service point unless otherwise selected.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery so we can assist you.
